How citizens use your Open Data site is valuable information on what is most important to constituents, what information they couldn’t find, and where there are opportunities for deeper engagement on important initiatives. Additionally, through tracking analytics you can measure service performance as seen from the viewing client. In this session, you will learn how the ArcGIS Open Data team implemented engagement tracking using Google Analytics that you can use directly to track real-time usage and drill into user flows to continually improve your smart community.
