Traffic Controller State Machine using Verilog on BASYS 3 FPGA

A simple traffic controller written in Verilog in Xilinx Vivado and implemented on a Basys 3 FPGA board. Red, yellow, and green LEDs on a breadboard will be driven by the traffic controller through the Basys 3 PMODs. Each LED has a 220 ohm resistor.
