For the conclusion of February, we start off with a manifest containing a random collection of coil steel cars, follwed by the first of 2 "meets" in the vid, featuring 2 distinctly different horns (which is really the only thing that keeps the GE rebuilds interesting). And finally we conclude with a 3-hour late DC-bound Capitol Limited, uncharacteristically featuring a couple Amfleet Tubes typically found on the regional Amtrak trains(not the cross country ones).
