TRANQUILITY is an instrumental piece from 1996, originally written and recorded for Michael's album RECEPTION. This track was part of a collection of music he wrote for a TV project that never launched, and it has lived on a single remaining physical copy for decades. As he approaches a milestone birthday, he decided to finally finish remastering these sessions and share them with the world. The song was originally recorded on some classic gear of the 80s and 90s: an Ensoniq ESQ1 keyboard/workstation and a Fostex 4-track cassette recorder. May this song brings you a moment of peace.
