Dave's take on Devastator was so underrated. Makes him feel like a dangerous, terrifying threat of a combiner, and not just some bumbling brute. Kind of sucks that we never got a title screen voice line for him though.
(I find it funny how Motormaster, who is such a minor character, gets way more of voice lines and promotional material than Devastator, who is supposed to be one of the game’s main selling points and villains)
