As part of LGBT History Month UK 2009, Spectrum London produced a film entitled "Transitional Journeys" which looked at some of the pioneers in history who transitioned and lived their lives in the Gender Identity that they knew they were, and how these pioneers have helped pave the way for those people in the UK to be able to transition, with surgery or not and to feel comfortable with who they are.
The film was shown at two events during February, first at the Menier Gallery with Southwark LGBT Forum, and the second at London Friend in Kings Cross.
