Transitions between cycles: Creating & Sharing OKRs
How do you write new OKRs and create new OKR squads during a transition period? Most importantly, how do you then share the new OKRs with the wider organisation? It's likely to be similar people who need to be involved with the previous cycle. But some new members or different members might need to be invited in, depending on what those priorities are. So those people get together, go over their previous cycles of OKRs, learn from them, and decide whether to keep them or apply what they've learned to create new OKRs. The next step is sharing those OKRs. There's a way that we at There Be Giants like doing this, and it's through something called “Show and Tell." Listen to what Joanna and Tim have to say about transitions between cycles in this fourth video. Stay tuned for the last one of the series!
