They did announce the technology of neutron cores but they never did announce anything else other than one single message “ citizens of sector 10 surrender now or face the consequences of TREASON” when sector ten did not surrender the C.R.E.A.T.O.R.S piloted the S.A.T[S] to sector ten and massacred the front line with the elites, in order for the elites to get to the front line they needed a way to transport themselves at very fast speeds that's where the elite drop pods came in, or known E.D.P’s. very aerodynamic missiles built to withstand the impact into the ground going up to Mach 3, that was the tipping point, when they tried to advance A.T.H.E.N.A was created to build weapons deadly enough to wipe out thousands at once. When the war came to a close, 1 million lost their lives. Most were soldiers, some women or children. The world realized the C.R.E.A.T.O.R.S would do anything to remain in control, even the elites knew that, so that's why they overthrew the C.R.E.A.T.O.R.S and took control creating the elite council. And that was the end of the C.R.E.A.T.O.R.S influence on the world.
