Tri-Section Illusion

The magician displays a beautiful set of stacked wood boxes. The top box is separated into three sections. The magician places the right arm into the top box and slices the arm into three sections with two blades. The magician pulls the center portion of the top box up to remove it from the outer two sections of the box which allows it to be suspended between the two blades. A long door in the middle stacked box is then opened. The audience can see there is nothing to hide and can see straight through to the background. The door is then closed back up and the top box’s mid-section is placed back into position and the blades removed. The illusion doesn’t just stop there. The magician reopens the door and removes the center section of the top box completely away for a stronger visual effect. The box is then replaced and the door is closed so the magician can remove the unharmed arm and all is right again.
