I explained how to find the total surface area of a triangular prism using Heron's formula. I demonstrated calculating the semi-perimeter from the three side lengths and substituting it into Heron's formula to find the base area. I then showed how to add the lateral surface area to twice the base area to get the total surface area of approximately 419.12 square meters.
