Trillium Forge: Spring Fuller

Hello again! My fingers are pretty much all healed up, so here's another video. I made a spring fuller like this for a demonstration at a meeting of OABA, the Ontario Artist Blacksmith Association. It's a really easy way to make a spring fuller without having to worry about big upsets or tricky butt welds. It's a handy tool for all kinds of jobs, but if you've never used one, it allows you to make an indentation on either side of a bar simultaneously (I had a clip me me using one, but for some reason the file corrupted). I also included a part of the process where I really screwed up and almost ruined the project. I almost gave up on it in frustration, but when I calmed down and looked at it again, I saw how to fix it and keep going. Learn from you mistakes! I'm about to start doing a bunch of production work, so I may not have a tonne of really interesting projects in the next little while, but I'll see what I can do. Thanks for watching! Sean
