Andy Phelps, Alarm Lock National Training Manager, shows you how to use the Pin Code Location feature on the Alarm Lock Trilogy T2 locks. This feature will allow you to find the user number associated with a Pin code so you can delete or change the Pin. If you don't know the Pin Code location, you can't delete or change the Pin number.
