We take a look at some key drills which will improve the often least developed phase for developing triple jumpers - the step. We kick-off the video by looking at step phase percentages and what you should be aspiring to, then we move onto some step developing drills. The latter includes a low to higher platform hop to step drill. I have found this to be particularly useful for developing the step phase. The drill also serves as a very conditioning inclusion too.
