Triple Point — Falling

This one moves through some pretty varied territory - there's processed electronics, glacial ambience, a bit of modern classical, and some straight-up IDM. It opens gently with Marconi Union before Alva Noto brings some texture and grain. Things stay cool and considered through the middle - Hecker, Autechre, Loscil - before Sakamoto and Noto's Revenant Theme gives it an emotional centre of gravity. Biosphere closes it out. Fans of labels like Miasmah, 12k, or Type Records will probably feel at home here.
