Tropical Storm Cristobal hit us here in southeast Louisiana. We got a lot of water, which always concerns us because we have a major drainage canal in our backyard. Thankfully we moved the chickens into their new coop just before it hit so they had a bit more shelter. Once the storm left, we found that frogs had laid eggs in puddles all over our yard! We collected some and the kiddos are really excited to see them hatch and develop over the next few weeks.
