Here are the steps I go through to figure out why I'm not getting video.
One more thing to check is if you are using a OSD, in the settings pick the same format that your camera uses (NTSC or PAL). Otherwise thats another cause for no video.
-Side note, the fuzzy video at the end was caused by a bad antenna. Everything turned out to be fine.
