In this video, we demonstrate measurement of active trunk flexion using a tape measure, and trunk flexion manual muscle testing.
Please note: Use of a take measure from the tip of the long finger to the floor is NOT a measurement of trunk flexion ROM. Rather, that is a measurement of general back/hip/LE flexibility. Therefore, it is not an alternate method to the one demonstrated in this video, as it does not isolate the measurement to the trunk.
