Drone footage of the container ship TS TOKYO departing Hong Kong, filmed as she sails out between Hong Kong Island and Lamma Island. In this sequence, the harbour pilot has just left the vessel. The pilot boat can be seen pulling away as TS TOKYO continues her outbound passage, with Hong Kong’s dramatic coastline and busy shipping lanes in the background. TS TOKYO is a container vessel operated by T.S. Lines. Built in 2017, she sails under the Marshall Islands flag and measures approximately 172 metres in length with a beam of about 28 metres. The ship has a reported capacity of around 1,808 TEU, with a gross tonnage of 17,449 GT and deadweight of about 21,475 DWT.
