In this video, I show you how I installed Claude Code and a full VS Code environment on a completely stock, unrooted Android phone — powered by Ollama so there are zero API costs involved. No remote desktop. No cloud tricks. Everything running natively on the device. With this setup I built a fully functional chess game without writing a single line of code. And I am actively using it to work on my real projects including my email MCP server. This works on any Android phone and I made every step simple enough for non-technical people to follow.
