This version of the King was complex because of the Crown gouge and the cross adjustment on the scroll saw. I build a little jig to help me secure the piece while I made the fine adjustments.
The wood used is Cherry and Walnut.
The wood finish I use on the lathe is O.B. Shine Juice (https://youtu.be/taJbBmcaAZQ?t=94) which is 1/3 Boiled Linseed Oil, 1/3 Denatured Alcohol, and 1/3 clear Shellac.
