With this video you can learn to put together your own scratch assay analysis with only a few lines of code. The wound healing or scratch assay is a standard technique for probing collective cell migration in two dimensions. A monolayer of cells are scratched with a pipette tip. The migration of cells into the gap is imaged over several hours using a microscope.
