In NIS-Elements, JOBS module allows users to create custom acquisition workflows that include on-the-fly analysis via GA3 module where analysis results are used to guide acquisition parameters. Once JOBS workflow is built, it can be converted into a Wizard so that users only need to select optional parameters applicable to their experiment. As an example of feedback microscopy experiment using NIS-Elements, the video shows 2-step imaging workflow. First, user selects in the Wizard magnification of the objective for the preview of the whole slide and for the acquisition of the individual tissues. Analysis is done on the fly to detect the tissues using segment.ai and measure their area. Then, the 3 largest tissues are imaged at a higher magnification. At the end, the size of all tissues in the slide is given as a scatter plot and a table.
