This is a simple tutorial done in GIMP (but the principal is the same in Photoshop) for making text and shapes look slimey, liquidy, drippy, etc... I am by no means being innovative here. I just really enjoy this process and thought I would make a tutorial on it for people either new to using this software, or who have have just never thought to mess around with this before.
