Tutorial for Termite
Termite is a modular slicer for Grasshopper developed for Liquid Deposition Modeling (LDM) 3D Printing with recommended nozzles sizes ranging between 1 to 20 mm, such as the WASP 40100 LDM and Delta WASP 2040 Clay. The plugin contains a set of 20 components in the sub-categories Main, Create, Sort, Display, and Example allowing for a most unrestrained workflow. Termite allows the user to design printing paths via Rhinoceros, Grasshopper or Termite components while exporting all necessary data as G-code in real-time ready to be executed. Designed as an all-in-one solution, Termite is ideal for 3D printing with a wide range of paste-based materials, including clay- or earth-based mixtures, concrete, food-grade substances, biopolymers, and biomaterials.
