The Lace Bind Off has a bit more stretch than a standard bind off. It can be worked knitwise or purlwise. Here, it is demonstrated knitwise. If you are trying to match a cast on edge that is wider, you might want to knit a plain round in the bind off color before working the bind off. To work, knit the first stitch normally; transfer it from the right-hand needle to the left-hand needle purlwise. Knit 2 together through the back loop. Continue transferring the new stitch from the LHN to the RHN and k2togtbl until 1 stitch remains. Cut yarn, leaving a tail, and pull through the remaining stitch. #knitting #knittingtutorial #bindoff #knittingtechnique #knittingpodcast #knitkind #grapefruitgardenia
