Tutorial - Linework Layers and Clipping Groups on Traditional Drawings [SAI]

Made in Paint Tool SAI [01-30-15] Wacom Bamboo Pen & Touch 2nd tutorial video in one month! Woo! This one's shorter this time, too. 20-ish minutes. :D Um.
