Tutorial: Making 3-D schematic of MoS2 FET using Blender

A tutorial on making 3-D device schematics of FETs using 2-D materials such as MoS2. You will need thse free softwares - Blender, Vesta. Vesta: https://jp-minerals.org/vesta/en/download.html Blender: https://www.blender.org/download/ MoS2 (or other materials as needed) cif files: https://materialsproject.org/materials/mp-2815/ Update: you might need to install an add-on in blender to import pdb files. (eg. Atomic Blender - https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/latest/addons/import_export/mesh_atomic.html)
