Here is another perfect block to start off with if you're a beginner and/or a young wannabe quilter! These are the measurements I used for this block -- Cut x1: 5.5" (14cm) square Cut x1: 2.5" (6.5cm) long sashing strip and then cross-cut: - x2: 5.5" (14cm) sashing strips - x2: 10.5" (27cm) sashing strips You can make this block out of two Fat Quarters. However, you will need to cut two 2.5" (6.5cm) strips of sashing instead of one as shown in the video. If you have any questions or are unsure of a particular step, please feel free to comment below!
