Tutorial: Wireframe render with Maya and Mental Ray

This is a rather quick tutorial on how to render wireframe very reliably with Mental Ray in Maya. I wanted to create a fast tutorial which incorporates all the necessary options not only to render wireframe but also make them look nice.
