This tutorial covers the concepts of output voltage limits, gain-frequency bandwidth, and output resistance of an operational amplifier. These concepts are first discussed while reviewing an LF351 op-amps data sheet. Microcap is then used to demonstrate the gain-bandwidth limit with non-inverting amplifiers that have gains from 1 V/V to 1000 V/V.
