TVM802 A / B: Component Editor and Eagle Importer

shows how to export SMD coordinates (in eagle), to build a stack/tray database and to assign it to the SMD components with the open-source software eagle2tvm. The result is a ready to use Pick&Place file for the TVM802A or B. I am a software engineer from Germany, so please excuse my English.
