In this video we look at the Camera Tool using a scene/layout that was drawn in Krita. You have to plan the layout before using the tool. Note, the Camera Tool uses 3 actions in it's animation. If you want to stage or pause an action before camera movement, it's best to drop it in another clip without action for as long as you want to hold and then move it.
