TWEED'S ANALYSIS
✳️Dr. Charles Tweed developed the diagnostic facial triangle as a guide in determining the normal mesiodistal position of the teeth in relation to their respective jaw bones and head structure. He developed this analysis as an aid to treatment planning, anchorage preparation, and determining the prognosis of orthodontic cases. ✳️ He made use of three planes that form a diagnostic triangle. The planes used were Frankfort horizontal plane, Mandibular plane, and long axis of lower incisor. Three angles were used to make the diagnostic triangle: Frankfort mandibular incisor angle (FMIA), Frankfort mandibular angle (FMA), and incisor mandibular plane angle (IMPA). ✳️Mic used- http://www.boya-mic.com/wap/lavaliermicrophones/BY-M1.html ✳️Other playlists 1)Oral surgery -https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLynxPmkIOFMshfoqedQN7ll0P0GlnkZNk 2)Oral medicine & Radilology https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLynxPmkIOFMt7joEdWc8YbV3HKHZj6yBX 3)Oral pathology https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLynxPmkIOFMudQQJ82H05yYvSxikr_G03 4)Pedodontics https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLynxPmkIOFMvTC7s83kG5-ULY_A38PT4K 5)Orthodontics https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLynxPmkIOFMtc-BxdKEuHeWaONd5vtSqo 6)Public health dentistry https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLynxPmkIOFMtsnD0nhS1s0nnLiprg6W3Z #Tweed'sanalysis #Cephalometrics #Orthodontics
