In this video we learn how to log a user in through the Twitch API using PHP. We create a login link to Twitch, send them there and present them with the Twitch app dialog box, they authorize our app, and get redirected back to our website. Upon redirect, we get a code what we exchange for an access token from Twitch which then allows us to get the users information. If the user exists in our database, we log them in. Otherwise, we sign them up and then log them in.
