In this example problem a projectile is launched from the ground at an angle. You will have to use trigonometry to separate the vertical and horizontal components of the resultant velocity. Then you will calculate the horizontal displacement of the trajectory. This is sometimes called the range of the projectile. Pause the video and try to solve it. Play the video and I will take you through the solution.
