In this video I cover two mobility exercises to help improve your cossack squat. The first drill is in the 90-90 base position and builds better control in hip flexion, external rotation, and abduction for the leg performing the squat.
The second movement improves the straight leg in the cossack squat and builds strength when the adductors are stretches to end range. This movement also develops strength and control for the muscles that are in an extremely short position during the cossack squat.
