In this video I discuss the differences between using two small subwoofers against one large subwoofer. I use woofers of the same series, and two small drivers of equivalent surface area to one large driver.

Use case is car audio, for home theatre/HIFI dual stereo subwoofers are ideal when front L and R speakers can't produce below 70Hz well, i.e. 5.25" mids in a sealed box.
