Two Sphere Distribution Systems in Cavalry

In this video, I’m giving you an overview of a sphere distribution setup I built in Cavalry using JavaScript. I’ve put together two distinct systems—Fibonacci and Globe distribution—that allow you to create complex 3D-looking layouts within Cavalry’s 2D environment. It’s a great way to see how custom scripts can drive duplicators to handle deep spatial positioning and overlapping shapes effortlessly without needing a full 3D suite. I’ll walk you through how the controllers work, from managing the "normals" to mimicking 3D rotations and applying image textures to the distribution points.
