TWO START THREAD NUT AND BOLT PART-1

In this video we will teach you how to make a two start thread nut and bolt. In the first part of this video we will teach you how to make bolt. For which we have taken a round bar, whose diameter was 27mm, which we turned to 73mm, then we took a cutting tool whose width was 1.5mm, after that we zeroed the crossslide and put five cuts of three degrees each, then we drive the crossslide to 62.5 degrees, then we made five cuts of three degrees each, with this the bolt of our two start thread was completed. इस वीडियो में हम आपको दो मुखी चूड़ी का बोल्ट तथा नट बनाना सिखाएंगे। इस वीडियो पहले पार्ट में हम आपको बोल्ट बनाना सिखाएंगे। जिसके लिए हमने गोल सरिया ले लिया है जिस डाया 27mm था जिसको हमने 73 एमएम तक टर्न किया फिर हमने एक कटिंग टू लिया जिसकी चौड़ाई 1.5 mm थी उसके बाद हमने क्रॉसलईड को जीरो करा और तीन -तीन डिग्री के पांच कट डालें है फिर हमने क्रॉसलईड को 62.5 डिग्री तक चलाएं फिर हमने तीन-तीन डिग्री के पांच कट डालें इसी के साथ हमारी दो मुखी चूड़ी का बोल्ट पूरा हुआ।
