Type catalogs have been around in Revit forever, so why do you need a video on type catalogs?! Even though type catalogs are pretty basic, there are some cool things you can do to save time! Type catalogs can be edited with Excel or Notepad++. You can quickly adjust parameters for multiple family types with type catalogs as well as create new types. Using the type catalog may be quicker than your current method.
