🔖 Description In this video, we complete exercise U4E21 – Execute the Evaluated Receipt Settlement (ERS). This exercise demonstrates how SAP S/4HANA automates invoice creation through Evaluated Receipt Settlement. We begin by checking whether the supplier is eligible for ERS, then run a test ERS to identify which purchase orders are proposed for settlement. We execute the settlement for one PO and review the automatically created invoice document. Next, we manually post an invoice for another PO and run ERS again to observe how a manually posted document influences the settlement process.
