UCA Online Lecture: Turning Data into Value with Process Mining

Have you ever heard about Process Mining? Process Mining uses data science to reconstruct organisational processes and reveal bottlenecks based on data stored in IT systems. With its academic DNA, Process Mining has not only turned into a budding research field but also transformed the way organisations operate.
