Ultra Sharp Paring Knife - Making My First Knife

I've made several sharp blades for projects over the years but this is my first attempt at making just an actual knife. With only a few bumps along the way, I think my first knife turned out well, which is not surprising since I had access to the proper tools. I used 1084 steel, a bandsaw actually designed for metal, and a 2x72 belt grinder. I was able to use a forge to harden by quenching in oil. Ran two tempering cycles and it came out hard, who would have thought? Hope you enjoy the video!
