Unbalanced Transportation Models- Problem Formulation

In this video, we demonstrate how to formulate an Unbalanced Transportation Problem without adding dummy supply or demand nodes. Instead of artificially balancing the problem, we directly adjust the constraints to reflect the real-world imbalance between total supply and demand.
