If you or someone you know struggle with addiction or mental health in any way, don't be scared to reach out for help. These problems are real and they should be talked about and not swept under the rug. I think a big step towards getting help for yourself and getting others the help that they need is to be open about these topics and not be judgemental, but understanding. I know reaching out and asking for help is probably way easier said than done, but once you take that first step, don't quit.
