Our Pizza Store is called Pizza Check Point, which is a small business serviced form local university students. In order to create a more useful promotion and operation strategy. We are going to collect and summarize the amount of data in terms of speed of service and customer satisfaction. Since our main competitors are fast food pizza chains, such as Pizza Hut and Domino's, we need to focus more on customer service to improve our customer satisfaction and attract customers.
