Understanding Instructor Ratings After a recent article was posted in Scuba Diver Life (http://scubadiverlife.com/2014/08/25/decoding-professional-scuba-courses-2/), there seems to be a big question when it comes to divers looking to cross over into the professional level of Scuba Diving, on what each agency's instructor rank means. Hopefully this video will help you understand how each agency structures there instructor ratings. We decided to only use the agencies that we teach through (PADI, SSI, PDIC, SEI, and CMAS) and added NAUI because it is still one of the big dogs in the industry.
