MetaMorpheus produces a variety of different results files. One file, AllProteinQuantifiedGroups.psmtsv contains results for protein inference from peptide spectrum matches (PSMs). Each protein group has a variety of different measurements that are reported. In this video, we go through each column of the results file and explain the information that is contained there.
