A film about Suraj, a person with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties, and how he is reached through Intensive Interaction. The approach is explained through the insights of his carers and specialists in Speech & Language Therapy and in Intensive Interaction. As Suraj has a history of self harm, probably born of frustration at sitting daily in his wheelchair, some of the scenes in the movie may be difficult to watch, but are necessary to understand how his carers have modified that behaviour into more productive activity.
