Undertale - Colored Sprite Mod 1.0 Release

A lot of people couldn't figure it out (and trust me, it did take me a while to understand it) but since for 1.0, we're able to use an older version of TranslaTale, which is easier to understand. This is for those who want to install it easier, speed runners, and generally for 1.0. IMPORTANT THINGS THAT SHOULD BE ADDRESSED 1. As of now, there's no port for Mac, for I've seen no way to do so yet. I'll update this when it ever gets done. 2. You MUST have version 1.0 of Undertale or else it won't work. 3. If you have any issues with the mod (ei: sprites) then feel free to say them in the description, and I'll fix it in a future update. 4. I cannot give out a data file containing the mod because people with Game Maker could abuse this and play Undertale for free.
